West System A105/205 Fast Epoxy Pack – Professional Strength and Versatility
WEST SYSTEM® 105 Epoxy Resin is a professional-grade, clear, low-viscosity two-component system developed for high strength and versatility. This 1.2 kg A-pack contains the 105 base resin and the fast 205 Fast Hardener®, which, when properly mixed, form a high-quality and durable bond.
Excellent Properties and Workability The resin's viscosity is approximately 1000 centipoise (cp) at 22 °C, ensuring excellent spreadability and penetration into reinforcing fabrics. When applied as a thin film, it self-levels effectively without surface defects. Thanks to the fast 205 hardener, the system is reliable over a wide temperature range, allowing work to be done at temperatures as low as 4 °C.
Versatile Applications The West System epoxy system is designed to be customized to the needs of the project. It can be used as is for bonding and coating, or thickened with separate fillers for filling seams and creating strong fillets.
Designed for use with: Wood joints, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics, composite materials, and various metals.
Applications: Marine and boat repair, furniture manufacturing, mold making and casting.
Working time: As a thin film, approximately 60–70 minutes at 22 °C.
Durability and Safety West System products are manufactured under strict ISO 9001 quality control. Resins and hardeners have a long shelf life when stored correctly. As a chemical product, epoxy should always be handled carefully, following current safety instructions.
