Maston Zero is an excellent choice when you want to minimize the odor, flammability, or strong spray dust of traditional solvent-based spray paint. The water-based composition makes the product more pleasant to use, especially for small painting jobs and in areas where a clean white RAL 9016 shade is desired.
The product is suitable for indoor and outdoor use on most materials. It is suitable for wood, metal, plastic, and Styrofoam, for example, according to the manufacturer's instructions. In boating use, the product can only be used for purposes where a general-purpose spray paint is suitable, such as painting interior parts, equipment, decorative elements, or other dry surfaces. The product is not a genuine marine paint and should not be used for boat bottoms, below the waterline, for continuous water exposure, or as an antifouling treatment.
Quick guide
Clean the surface to be painted thoroughly from dirt, grease, dust, and loose old paint.
Lightly sand the surface to improve adhesion and remove sanding dust.
Shake the can upside down for about 3 minutes.
Spray from a distance of approximately 15 cm.
Apply two thin, consecutive coats at intervals of about 5 minutes.
Always clean any drips remaining on the nozzle tip when you release the nozzle.
Allow to dry: touch dry in about 90 minutes, dry in about 48 hours, fully cured in about 8 days.
