Hempel Epoxy Filler

Surface preparation:Always ensure all surfaces are clean, oil-free, and dry. Clean the surface, removing any oil and grease with a suitable cleaning agent, then sand the surface with dry sandpaper.

Unpainted surface:Sand the surface and remove dust. Prime with 1–2 coats of specifiedHempel's Light Primer.

Previously treated surface:Sand, clean, and dry the surface.

Mixing:BASE 5259: CURING AGENT 95250
1 : 1 by volume. Mix equal parts of both components together immediately before use until the color is uniform. Avoid air bubbles in the mixture.

Application: The product can be applied in a layer of up to 5 mm to damaged, level, spot-repaired areas that are dry, before overcoating with 2 coats of specifiedHempel Light Primer. Use a one-component primer if overcoating with a one-component topcoat.

Shelf life: 3 years (refer to product manufacturing date)

Product descriptionHEMPEL EPOXY FILLER 35253 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy filler. It is especially suitable for repairing cracks, gaps and minor damage.

Recommended useSuitable for use on fiberglass, hard wood, steel and other hard materials. Intended for interior and exterior use, both above and below the waterline.
