Calculation: 20.0 m²/l/coat. Actual consumption may be higher. Select the number of coats for your project: one coat is usually not enough for a complete treatment of a new surface. Other products in the system are not included in the calculation. The estimate is based on the store’s product information. The lower coverage in the range is used. Wood absorbency affects consumption.
Hermann Sachse Pure Tung Oil – traditional and natural wood protection for indoor and outdoor use
Hermann Sachse Reines Tungöl is 100% pure tung oil, one of the world's oldest and most durable natural wood oils.
It deeply penetrates wood pores, forming a water-resistant, flexible, and breathable surface that protects wood from moisture, UV radiation, and wear.
Tung oil gives the surface a silk-matte, warm, and natural feel, enhancing the wood's tone and texture without plastic-like films.
Its dark, warm, honeyed hue gives teak, oak, and other hardwoods depth and vibrancy.
It is perfectly suited for both indoor use (e.g., countertops, furniture, floors) and outdoor use (e.g., garden furniture, decks, fences, and doors).
Once dry, the product is food-safe and complies with standards DIN EN 71-3 (children's toys, saliva resistance).
